Hello and a warm welcome to my website, I hope you will find what you are looking for here. My name is Janet Regis, my background is in nursing and I am a trained person centred counsellor, life coach and holistic practitioner.  

I currently provide Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Healing, Aromatherapy massage and Counselling. 

After spending many years as a Registered General Nurse a back injury through a car accident forced me to make a career change and I became interested in counselling. For the next ten years I worked as a counsellor helping people with addictions rebuild their lives.

It was during this time a colleague introduced me to Reiki and from then on there was no turning back for me as I witnessed the hidden powers of this ancient therapy.

I consider myself to be a very spiritual person and realised that the holistic side coupled with my counselling was the way forward for me. I had dreams of creating a place which was peaceful and therapeutic where people could have time out and get away from the stresses of everyday life.

Three years ago my husband and I stumbled across Halmer Grange which was an old derelict house that was screaming out for some tender loving care. It was love at first sight and we spent the next two years renovating and refurbishing until finally last year we opened up our doors to the public as Halmer Grange Bed & Breakfast.

There was one more stage to go and this was to introduce my counselling and holistic therapies to the business so guests or anyone just wanting to access my therapies could book an appointment and this is when Halmer Holistics was born.
